Like its namesake, Cornwall II’s extra-large living room gives a hearty welcome to residents and visitors alike.  Continuing along under the raked ceiling is an open-plan dining room and partially open kitchen featuring our all time favourite… the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry branch off the central hallway.  And as for storage… the Cornwall II presents so much value… with an almost 2.5 meter long linen cupboard plus a convenient broom cupboard and kitchen overhead cupboards all part and parcel with this design!

The third bedroom, off the living room, can otherwise be known as an opportunity room… an opportunity for your home to cater to so many hobbies, needs and …dreams!

With the laundry door functioning as a side entrance, and the main bathroom toilet being located behind a separate door, your comfort levels will be high!
