Now adding the luxury of a separate ensuite to the master bedroom, encompassing a large rectangle shower and a vanity and toilet.

The laundry is now positioned at the rear of the home… bringing the opportunity for peaceful breezes to flow through the home end to end.

There is plenty of space in the laundry, and the external door makes this room the ideal mudroom.

The Suffolk II also boasts plenty of storage space, with built in robes to both bedrooms, as well as a hallway linen cupboard and overhead cupboards in the kitchen.
