A starter pack is designed to give you peace of mind by investigating all the preliminary and building compliance details that will determine the total value of your project, prior to going to contract.
A starter pack helps fast track the building approval process once your contract is in place.
When going to contract the starter pack payment will be applied as part of your deposit.
Planning on tourist park development? Option #1 is for you
Building a cabin or home with connection to sewer? Option #2 is for you
Building a cabin or home on a rural property? Option #3 is for you
The starter pack is ideal if you’re ready to build with Asset Cabins and Homes. It’s not mandatory, but we recommend that you have spoken with a design consultant prior to purchasing to ensure we are able to meet your project needs.
By purchasing a starter pack, you are kickstarting the preliminary process of building with us. You can purchase a starter pack prior to signing a fixed price contract with us.
Prices are based on delivery within 50kms of Gympie, QLD. If you are outside this radius, speak to a design consultant to discuss your project. Our design consultants will be more than happy to arrange a starter pack and assist with your project.
As part of the starter packs, we do need to consider access routes, site access and orientation.
Yes, you can. Asset Cabins and Homes is happy to offer a full refund if you choose not to proceed. Providing no preliminary works have been commenced for your project.
If you wish to arrange the approvals yourself, Asset Cabins & Homes can work with that.
