The Blue Gum is a four-person compact modular cabin with all of the essentials for mining/worker accommodation.

The cabin comprises two self-contained mirror-image units, each with a bedroom containing twin single beds, a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and shelves, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

The front doors open onto a shared verandah.
